ANN ARBOR, MI -An 18-year-old man was arraigned for threatening to shoot an Ann Arbor elementary school earlier this month. Jules Khalfoun, 18, had been in the hospital since Jan. 16, when police were called to Haisley Elementary School, 825 Duncan St. in Ann Arbor, for a report of a threat, according to officials.
