POUGHKEEPSIE – The man police say shot and killed 22-year-old Gabriel Mosca in Poughkeepsie on October 3, 2025, was arrested Thursday, October 16, in Maryland. The suspect, Anthony Taylor, 18, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by members of the FBI Safe Streets Task Force and the US Marshal’s Service.
