Funeral set for Richmond County deputy who died in crash
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - A funeral will be held Tuesday for a Richmond County deputy who was killed in a car crash last week. Richmond County Sheriff’s Deputy Phillip Wasson died in a crash on Washington Road on Wednesday. Heather Michelle Lanier, 57, of Martinez, was also killed in the crash.
