CSRA schools already seeing results as Georgia bans high school cell phones
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Gov. Brian Kemp signed a bill into law this week banning cell phones in public high schools. The law takes effect in the 2027-2028 school year. In the CSRA, restrictions are already in place in Richmond and Columbia County school districts. Aiken County has a similar policy.
