AUSTIN, Texas — A teenager was arrested on Monday after allegedly shooting his girlfriend's ex-boyfriend on Aug. 8 in East Austin. According to the Austin Police Department (APD), 17-year-old Douglas Clyde was arrested on Monday, Aug. 11 in Manor, after a warrant was issued in his name for First Degree Murder.
