BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Bakersfield police seized multiple dangerous dogs on a Kern River bike path. Officials took six dogs were taken to the animal care center after animal control received multiple reports and a man was bitten on the Kern River Bike path between Chester Avenue and about a half mile down.
