BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Average gas prices in Baton Rouge keep rising, going up 22 cents per gallon in the last week, according to GasBuddy. The average price is $3.73 per gallon as of Monday. GasBuddy reports prices 74.3 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and 92.8 cents higher than a year ago.
