Man killed during reported assault in Birmingham
The Jefferson County Coroner's Office confirmed the unidentified man was shot on the 700 block of McMillan Avenue SW around 12:46 p.m. Saturday. The man was taken to UAB Hospital for treatment where he died from his injuries around 1:30 p.m.
