BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — After more than two decades with the Boise Police Department, Kyle Wills is beginning a new chapter in law enforcement. Wills, who recently left Boise Police to become the new chief of the Mountain Home Police Department, spent much of his career working in traffic enforcement and public education. Many Treasure Valley residents may recognize him from safety campaigns, media appearances, and community outreach efforts focused on traffic safety.

CUSTER COUNTY, Idaho — A missing-person mystery that began in Challis more than four decades ago has been solved after investigators followed a trail of records to Boise. Lois Ford was last known to be living in Challis in 1983, when she disappeared along with her 1978 Ford Thunderbird.
