MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) — An off-duty NYPD officer was arrested in Manhattan early Tuesday morning, according to the NYPD. Officer Julian Beka, 24, was taken into custody around 1:13 a.m. Beka was charged with assault in the third degree, police say.
