Sky Auto Mall defaults in Stellantis case, bank files to seize property
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - A Linn County judge has defaulted the owners of Sky Mall in their lawsuit against Stellantis after they failed to respond to the lawsuit. Stellantis Financial Group filed a lawsuit against Sky Auto Mall and its owners in March, claiming Sky Auto Mall had schemed to defraud them and other lenders and owes more than $12 million.

Linn County man sentenced to federal prison for illegal gun possession
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - A Linn County man who possessed a loaded gun illegally was sentenced May 7 to 51 months in federal prison. Devieon Jermaine-Oliver Irvin, 21, received the prison term after a Dec. 3, 2025, guilty plea to possession of a firearm as a felon, according to the U.S. District Court Northern District of Iowa.
