CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - A man convicted of killing Chris Bagley is requesting a new trial. A jury found Andrew Shaw guilty of second-degree murder in August. Prosecutors argued Shaw hired two men, Drew Wagner and Johnny Church, formerly known as Drew Blahnik, to kill Bagley in December 2018.
