Police investigate Cedar Rapids home
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - A heavy police presence was seen outside a home Thursday morning on the 1400 block of Oakland Road Northeast in Cedar Rapids. A KCRG reporter was on scene around 7:30 a.m. and saw what appeared to be multiple people in handcuffs on the front lawn. Cedar Rapids Police as well as Hiawatha Police were seen responding.
