North Charleston drive-by shooting investigation results in 2 new arrests
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The North Charleston Police Department has arrested two more men in connection to a drive-by shooting. David Taylor, 24, and Dwonenreon Washington, 21, are both charged with attempted murder, shooting into a dwelling, three counts of first-degree assault and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. They have been booked into the L.C. Knight Detention Center.
