Police identify victim in west Charlotte homicide
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte–Mecklenburg Police Department has identified the victim in the April 19th homicide. Zaquez Samprese Blakley, 24 has been identified as the victim. CMPD has classified the homicide that occurred on April 19 as justified and has decided no to charge anyone in the case.
