CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - The body found near the border of Charlotte and Mount Holly was identified, police confirmed. Julian Cyruss Spencer, 24, was found dead around 10:16 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17, on Belmeade Drive near Highway 27 in Charlotte. That area borders Mount Holly, which is in Gaston County.
