CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police arrested a man who stole a cash register from a taco stand in west Charlotte and hit a woman with his car while attempting to flee the scene. Marcus Chisholm, 44, was charged with felony larceny, felony hit and run with serious injury, assault with a deadly weapon, and possession of marijuana after an incident that happened Sunday night.
