CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A judge has ruled a lawsuit against the city of Charlotte can move forward following a deadly pursuit crash that killed an innocent bystander and seriously injured a passenger. Mecklenburg County Court records show the judge signed the order Wednesday denying the city's motion for summary judgment.
