CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – A juvenile is in custody after a Friday evening disorder report in the area of Mill Creek Drive and Independence Way. Albemarle Police were called to the scene around 6:47 p.m. and located a juvenile wielding a pellet gun near the Monticello High School parking lot.
