Grand jury moves forward on murder charge in death of Nelson County man
NELSON COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — A grand jury is moving forward with charges against a woman accused of killing a man in Nelson County in 2025. The Commonwealth's Attorney's Office said Katelynn Hipes was indicted on first-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
