CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Concerns are growing at Chattanooga city council as the restoration of the Walnut Street Bridge continues. Councilwoman Jenny Hill says the project is more than 30-percent over budget. Jerramy Wood with Chattanooga Public Works says the project is complex, and crew continue to find problem areas.
