CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Four people are facing charges after an altercation with an officer outside a popular Chattanooga bar early Sunday morning, according to an affidavit. The affidavit says CPD units were called as backup to an assault on police call around just after 12:30 am at Reagan's Retro Bar.
