COVINGTON, Ky. (WKRC) — Our Savior Parish, the only Black Catholic school and church in Northern Kentucky, is set to receive a historical marker. Located on East Tenth Street in Covington, the school first opened its doors in 1943 with an enrollment of 56 students, 14 of whom were Catholic.
