SPRINGDALE, Ohio (WKRC) — Police say a local woman admitted to drinking before she got into a car accident with her kids inside the vehicle. The crash happened Friday near Ashburn Road in Springdale. Court records say Marleni Ruiz told officers she had been drinking beer before getting in the car.
