EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Cleveland Animal Protective League is hosting their free pet vaccine and microchip clinic this Saturday, July 26, for Cleveland and East Cleveland residents. The clinic will run from 12-3 p.m. at The Salvation Army in East Cleveland Corps Community Center at 1507 Doan Ave.
