CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -A Cleveland family says they’re living in fear after what they describe as two violent attacks by the same neighbor’s dog, one in September 2024 and another last Friday, June 19. They say they’ve reported the incidents repeatedly, but the dog is still next door.
