LAKE COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - A Beachwood man who pleaded guilty to recording a young boy using the restroom at the Great Lakes Mall, will be sentenced Monday. In May, Joshua Yanowitz pleaded guilty to two counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person and three counts of voyeurism.
