At 6:35 a.m. March 18, officers arrested a 35-year-old Cleveland woman for domestic violence. Officers were dispatched to the 15000 block of Van Aken Boulevard to investigate a disturbance. While on the scene, they learned that the woman had punched, jumped on and bitten the father of her 1-year-old daughter.
