An escaped inmate is back in custody following a tense standoff in Colorado Springs on Friday morning. Authorities say Richard Capek walked away from a community corrections facility in Pueblo on January 30. Capek had been serving a 36-month prison sentence and was scheduled to become eligible for parole in August.
