COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The El Paso County Coroner’s Office identified a victim killed in a shooting near Boulder and Circle on Thursday. The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said officers responded to the 2500 block of Gunnison Street, near East Boulder Street and North Circle Drive, around 4:50 p.m.
