SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA – A powerful storm system has delivered significant rainfall across Southern California, with precipitation totals ranging from under 0.20 inches in coastal San Diego County to nearly 7 inches in the San Bernardino Mountains, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) San Diego office.
