DALLAS — An attempted robbery in Downtown Dallas turned into a shooting on Sunday morning, police said. Officers responded at about 7 a.m. on Sunday, May 10, to an active shooter on foot call in the 1200 block of Commerce Street, the Dallas Police Department said in a press release.
