DENVER (KDVR) — A man allegedly driving nearly three times the legal limit is facing charges after a 79-year-old man was hit in Commerce City and later died. The Commerce City Police Department said Vicente Zuniga-Castillo, 56, is facing vehicular homicide and DUI charges after an investigation from its traffic team.
