A 54-year-old man is in custody after a shooting in the parking lot of a Livonia business following an argument, police said Saturday morning.

The Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office said 35-year-old Muhammad Murphy was scheduled to be arraigned in 36th District Court Friday on two counts of First-Degree Premeditated Murder for the deaths of a man and woman last March.

“I called the [Michigan] Lottery and verified my prize, then it started to sink in that this was really happening,” the 53-year-old winner said
