EUGENE, Ore. — The PeaceHealth executive placed on administrative leave last week has now been ordered by a federal judge to testify in a lawsuit against the company. Chief Hospital Executive for PeaceHealth Oregon Dr. Jim McGovern was placed on leave Friday due to staff concerns over how he performed his administrative duties.

A winter storm warning is in place for heavy snow in the Oregon and Washington Cascades from 5 p.m Tuesday through 5 a.m. Thursday.
