OWENSBORO, KY — A statewide search for an escaped inmate has concluded after authorities successfully located her in Barren County on Sunday. The Kentucky State Police Post 16 in Henderson announced that Angela S. Long, 45, is back in custody. Long had been the subject of an active search since fleeing from Dismas Charities in Owensboro on the evening of April 10, 2026.
