FORT COLLINS — Canyon Home Care & Hospice has acquired Columbine Poudre Home Care and Bloom at Home, expanding its services across northern Colorado. The acquisition took effect this past February. Canyon said the deal broadens its ability to provide home health, hospice, infusion services and medical equipment across the region, including communities from Wellington to Longmont and the Denver area.
