Convicted Felon in Florida Caught Possessing Arsenal of Weapons
A Florida man possessed an arsenal of firearms as a convicted felon. Frederick Charles Kutchinsky, 54, of North Fort Myers, pleaded guilty to possessing multiple weapons and ammunition while a convicted criminal. He faces a maximum sentence of 15 years in federal prison. The sentencing date is set for May 29, 2026.
