FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Traffic is stalled along I-69 in northern Allen County as crews respond to a serious crash near Hursh Road. The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) reports the crash happened around 4:10 p.m. in the northbound lanes of I-69, at the 319 mile marker, just north of Hursh Road.
