Small quake shakes South Bay Thursday morning
(KRON) — A 3.1-magnitude earthquake struck near the South Bay Thursday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The epicenter was nearly 15 miles east-northeast of San Jose’s Alum Rock.
