Man turns himself in after double-fatal crash in Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Fresno police say the driver responsible for the double fatal crash on Monday turned himself in at the Fresno County Jail. 22-year-old Timothy Seth Chavez turned himself in to a deputy at the jail for the crash at McKinley and Highway 41 that killed 41-year-old Martha Hernandez, and her 9-year-old son, Adrian.
