Fresno Police Arrest Driver on DUI, Narcotics Charges After Traffic Stop
A driver was arrested Monday evening on suspicion of driving under the influence and drug-related offenses following a traffic stop in central Fresno, police said. Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop at Ventura Avenue and Third Street around 5:57 p.m. During the stop, officers contacted the driver and detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath.
