DALLAS — Police are investigating after they say a 34-year-old man was shot and killed in west Dallas Tuesday night. On Oct. 14, officers were called to a home in the 2300 block of Topeka Drive shortly before 10 p.m. and found 34-year-old Joseph Jefferies had been shot, according to a press release.
