GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Alachua County deputies say a man from Gainesville faces charges for dragging an elderly person by the neck. Deputies say a witness saw Christopher De Padua, 36, abusing the victim on Monday and called 911. De Padua was arrested on battery and false imprisonment charges.
