GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Gainesville Police arrested Quintavius Dowell, 38, after they say he struck his brother with a metal pipe early Sunday morning. According to the arrest report, Dowell started punching his brother in the back of his head while he tried to break up a fight between his wife and Dowell’s wife.
