MECOSTA COUNTY, Mich. — A man has been charged with drunk driving in a Mecosta County crash that killed a woman and left himself and his passenger hurt. Jordan Scott, 38, of Rockford, is charged with operating under the influence causing death and operating under the influence with an occupant under 16.
