The case against a 22-year-old man who was pushed into a traffic lane by a Harrisburg cop in March has been dismissed — for now. Magisterial District Judge Mikaela Sloan dismissed the charges at a May 19 probable cause hearing without any testimony, according to Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo.
