An employee at Berkeley's Oceanview Cafe was detained last Friday as he boarded a flight to Las Vegas. Friends say he's worked at the Berkeley restaurant for six years and does not have immigration documents. KTVU reached out to immigration officials and are awaiting a response. Jesse Gary reports.
