HOUSTON - Lanes in both directions on U.S. 90 had to shut down after a deadly crash involving a heavy truck Friday morning. The Houston Police Department report the crash happened around 4:25 am. In the 10100 block of U.S. 90 near Oates Road. All lanes of traffic have been shutdown in both directions.
