BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A body was recovered Wednesday morning after reports of a person drowning at Hart Park's duck pond the night before. The Kern County Sheriff’s Office said on Tuesday, July 14, at around 6 p.m., KCSO received reports of a person in distress at Hart Park in the duck pond.
